Guided by the philosophy of “Safety First, Innovation-Driven, Joy-Bringing”, we have grown from a small R&D team to a professional manufacturer integrating design, production, and R&D, earning trust from global customers with consistent quality and cutting-edge creativity.
Our production process is a testament to our commitment to excellence, featuring rigorous control at every stage. First, raw material selection is stringent: we only adopt food-grade ABS plastic and non-toxic, wear-resistant components that pass EN71, ASTM F963, and other international safety certifications, ensuring no harm to children. Next, precision molding is achieved through advanced CNC injection molding machines, with a tolerance error of less than 0.01mm, guaranteeing the seamless assembly of each part. Then, the assembly process is carried out in a dust-free workshop by skilled technicians, who conduct manual inspections after each assembly step to avoid loose parts. After assembly, all products undergo multiple tests, including drop tests (from 1.5 meters), collision tests, battery safety tests, and flight stability tests, ensuring they can withstand children’s daily use. Finally, the finished products go through strict quality control checks, with a sampling inspection rate of 100% to eliminate any defective products.
Our core strength lies in new toy development, supported by a professional R&D team composed of 20+ engineers with over 10 years of experience in toy design and aeronautical technology. We adhere to a customer-centric development model, closely tracking global toy trends and children’s preferences through market research and user feedback. Our R&D process combines ergonomic design, intelligent technology, and educational elements: we develop user-friendly remote controls with simple operation suitable for children aged 4+, integrate LED light effects and music functions to enhance fun, and explore educational features such as basic flight programming to cultivate children’s hands-on ability and spatial awareness. We invest 15% of annual revenue in R&D, equipped with advanced R&D equipment and a professional testing laboratory. In the past three years, we have launched 12 new toy drone models, 8 of which have obtained utility model patents, and some have become bestsellers in European and American markets. Our rapid response capability allows us to complete the R&D cycle of a new product in 3-6 months, keeping us ahead in the competitive market.
